Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 31, of Article 12, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " and to add two additional
sections to said Article to be designated 31 A and 31
B, relating to the election and term of service of said
County Commissioners, and the filling of any vacancy
which may occur in the same,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Senate bill entiled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter 400, of the Laws of 1886,
entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Board
of Managers of the Maryland Hospital for the Insane,
to sell and convey certain land lying between the bed
of the Catonsville Short Line Railroad Company and
the Frederick Turnpike.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
