Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of
the County Commissioners of Talbot county, to enable
them to issue bonds of the county sufficient to raise a
sum to take up the bonds of the county, issued on
account of subscription to the capital stocks of the
Maryland and Delaware Railroad Company and
maturing on the first day of April, in 1892.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

money to pay J. H. Medairy & Co., for printing the
official ballots of 1890 and 1891, as provided by sec-
