CORRIGENDA.

On page 7, Article 15, section —, in last reference
to page of Maryland Reports, at close of Article, for
"296" read "443. "

On page 23, Article 3, section 1, in reference to
Maryland Reports, at close of section, in place of "9"
read "7. "

On page 32, Article 3, section 29, on page of
Maryland Reports, in case of "Commissioners of Cal-
vert County vs. Hillen, " instead of "60' read "603, "
and in case of "Trustees Catholic Church vs. Man-
ning, " for "70 Md. 26" read "72 Md. 116. "

On page 34, Article 3, section 33, add to the refer-
ence at close of section, "Scharf vs. Tasker, " 73 Md.
378.

On page 69, Article 7, section 1, in date of ratifica-
tion of amendment, for "1890" read "1891. "

And it is further ordered, That the State Librarian
paste said "Corrigenda" in each copy of said Consti-
tution, both those bound in paper and cloth.

And the Public Printer shall be paid for the said
"Corriagenda" a sum not exceeding $1. 50.
On motion by Mr. Pearre, it was

Ordered, That Senators Bennett, Brown, Coffin,
Evans, Gorter, Newman, Posey, Rogers, Toadvin and
Wilkinson be excused from attendance on to-day's
session.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr. Hayes, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Union Passenger Railway Company,
and authorize it to consolidate with any other Pas-
senger Railway Company, with the following pro-
posed amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add after line 22, of section 1, the words following:

"Provided, however, That no change of motive

power shall be made upon any of the lines owned or
