Also favorably, the following:

Ordered, That two thousand copies of the report of
the Mine Inspector be printed, at a cost not to exceed
($20) twenty dollars.

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After the word "printed, " in said order, insert the
following words: "the said report shall be bound in
paper, for which the Public Printer shall be paid a
fair market price, to be ascertained by the Committee
on Finance, and the price to be paid for printing said
report shall be according to the schedule fixed by
law for printing by the Public Printer, and the whole
not to exceed forty dollars ($40. )

Ordered, That Fenton Duval be appointed Clerk to
the Library Committee and qualified as an officer of
the Senate.

following words: "and his compensation shall be three
dollars per day ($3 00) during the session of the Gen-
eral Assembly.
