On motion by Mr. Wirt,

Was re-committed to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
certain bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Barbara M. Beall, late of Anne Arundel
county, deceased.

House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to-
certain bequests and devices contained in the last will
and testament of Thomas S. Beall, late of Anne Arun-
del county, deceased.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Grangers' Mutual Eire Insurance Company of
Frederick county.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Union
Credit Company of Baltimore city.

Which were read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to refund oyster license
money to Wm. Flaherty, William Henry and Mary
J. Beecher.

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay J. H. Medairy & Co., for printing the
official ballots of 1890 and 1891, as provided by sec-
tions 138 and 160, chapter 538, of the Acts of 1890.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
contract with the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more for the laying of water mains.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators and Senator Hubner.
