Mr. Moss, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit persons other
than land owners bordering on said creek from fish-
ing with seine or net of any kind within the waters of
Little Magothy creek.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, sections 125 ana 126, of Article 27,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arun-
del County, " sub-title "County Commissioners.

Which were read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Waters, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable George W.
Long, Collector of State and county taxes of Somerset
county, for the year 1888, to enforce the payment of
the taxes not heretofore collected by him.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived, the President
announced the order of the day to be the considera-
tion of

Senate bill entitled an Act providing that no corpor-
ation shall be dissolved by decree of any court of this
State until all taxes due the State shall be fully paid
or adjusted.

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
