Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington
County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " to be known as
"Section 70 A. "

Which was read the second time, anl ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hubner, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to enlarge and extend
the powers and franchises of the Glynden Permanent
Building Association of Baltimore county.
Which was read the second time.

ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived, the President
announced the order of the day to be the considera-
tion of

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 95, of
Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Elections, " sub-title "Contested Elections, " and to
re-enact the same with amendments, an additional
section to said Article, to follow after section 95, to
be known as "Section 95 A, " and to further regulate
the trial of contested elections in the counties of this
State.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays, as follows:

Brown, Pearre,
Dawson, Posey,
Getty, Robinson,
Gorter, Seibert,
Hayes, Smith,
Hepbron, Waters,
