The Secretary of State appeared and delivered a
communication from the Executive.

At 1. 20 P. M.

On motion by Mr. Robinson,
The Senate went into Executive Session.
At 1. 30 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legisla-
tive business, and

On motion by Mr. Toadvin,
The Senate adjourned.

WEDNESDAY, February 10th, 1892.

Senate met at 12 M.

Prayer by the Rev. Mr. Steele.

Present at roll-call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Austin, Brown, Coffin, Dawson,
Evans, Getty, Hayes, Hepbron, Hubner, Moss, New-
man, Pearre, Posey, Robinson, Rogers, Seibert,
Smith, Talbott, Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinsen, Wirt
—23.

Proceedings of yesterday's session read and ap-
proved.

ORDERS.
On motion by Mr. Wirt, it was

Ordered, That the Public Printer furnish to the
State Librarian at least six copies of all printed bills
on the Senate files, so that the same may be preserved
for future reference.

Mr. Getty submitted the following:

Ordered, That two thousand copies of the Report
of the Mine Inspector be printed, at a cost not to ex-
ceed $20.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Finance.

Mr Wirt submitted the following:

Ordered, That Fenton Duvall be appointed Clerk
to the Library Committee, and qualified as an officer
of the Senate.
