Mr, Moss, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for selecting,
drawing and summoning the jurors for Anne Arundel
county.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hubner, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of
Public Local Laws, Article 3, title "Baltimore Coun-
ty, " by adding the following sections under title
"Primary Elections. "

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

And, on motion by Mr. Hayes, ordered to be printed.

Mr. Pearre, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the re-
locating of a portion of Water street, in the city of
Cumberland.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
