references to all opinions of the Court of Appeals of
Maryland construing or referring to the sections of
said original Constitution or amendments.
That the Constitution and amendments so printed
and bound, shall be printed on paper and with size of
type and octavo size as defined and described in the
law relating to Public Printer, for which the said
Public Printer shall be paid the prices prescribed in
said law.
That the said copies bound in cloth or linen, shall
in form of style of binding be similar to the copy of the
Constitution printed and published by John Murphy
& Co., of Baltimore city, in 1867, a copy of which is
now in State Library,
For the work and labor of binding said copies of
Constitution, the said Public Printer shall not be paid
more than a fair market price for similar work, the
same to be ascertained by the Finance Committee" of
the Senate.
And it is further ordered by the Senate, That the
Public Printer shall submit the proof of said Consti-
tution and amendments, with references to the opinions
of the Court of Appeals to the said Finance Committee,
whose duty it shall be to examine, revise and correct
the same, and said Committee shall furnish said
Printer with the said amendments and references to
opinions of Court of Appeals as aforesaid.
Upon the completion of said work the Public
. Printer shall submit the same to said Committee on
Finance, and said Committee shall inspect the same,
and if said work is found by said Committee to be
done in conformity with this order and the contract
of Public Printer and the State, then the said Com-
mittee shall ascertain the amount to be paid the said
Public Printer in conformity with the contract and
market price aforesaid, and shall give the order on
the Comptroller for the amount so ascertained, and
without such order no money shall be paid by the
Comptroller for said work.
And it is further ordered by the Senate, That the en-
tire cost of printing and binding said Constitution
and amendments and references to opinions of Court
