mitted the following

REPORT:

The Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes;
of the two Houses on the House amendment to Senate-
Bill No. 324, entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title-
"Kent County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
to follow immediately after section 87, and to be desig-
nated as section 87 A and 87 B, respectfully report
that they have failed to agree and ask to be dis-
charged.
