Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments sections 26 and 27, of Article 65, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Militia," sub-
title "Maryland National Guard.

Mr. Pearre, from the Committee of Conference, sub-
mitted the following

REPORT:

The report of the Conference Committee on the
House amendments to Senate Bill, printed, No. 153,
amending the Militia law of this State, respectfully
recommend that the House recede from its amend
ment, and that the following words in lines 21 and 22
be stricken from the bill : "Provided that the integ-
rity of said regiment and the Second Batallion shall
not, in any way, be impaired or destroyed," and that
the following words be inserted in the place of the
above words stricken out: "Provided the integrity of
