Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Hayes, from the Committee on Finance, re-
ported favorably,

Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay John
B. Flood twenty-four dollars and twenty-four cents,
for ice furnished the Senate during the session of 1892.

On motion by Mr. Hayes,

The rules were suspended by yeas and nays, as fol-
lows :

Houstj bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 59, of Article 27, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title
"Destroying Property Maliciously," as enacted by
the Act of 1890, chapter 498.
