Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Emanuel
Yeiser, late collector of taxes for 3rd Collection Dis-
trict of Carroll county, the sum of one hundred and
nine dollars and thirty-eight. cents, paid into the
treasury of the State in excess of the amount due by
Mm for the years 1885, 1886, 1887, 1888 and 1889.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

By Mr. Getty,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 73, of
the Acts of 1882, entitled an Act to add additional
sections to the Code of Public Local Laws, Article —,
entitled "Garrett County, " enacted by the Act of 1878,
chapter 108, said sections to be sub-titled "Thistles, "
to come in after sub-section 75 in said Act and to be
numbered 75 A, 75 B, 75 C, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Getty, Evans and Austin.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.

Senate Joint Resolution authorizing the destruction
of the bonds of the Exchange Loan of 1889, acquired
by the exchange of the preferred stock of the Balti-
more and Ohio R. R. Co., as authorized by Article 12,
