On motion by Mr. Wootton,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Cumber-
land Valley Railroad Company to connect with the
Chesapeake and Ohio Canal at or near Powell's Bend,
where its railroad bridge crosses said Canal and the
Potomac River.

On motion by Mr. Wirt,

Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Cor-
porations.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr. Getty, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 94, of Article 12, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Garret County," sub title "Election Dis-
tricts," and to add a new section thereto to come in
after section 94, and to be known as "94 A."
