BY THE SENATE,

January 18th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;

We have received your message, proposing the apr
pointment of a Joint Special Committee, to consist of
five members on the part of the House of Delegates
and three members on the part of the Senate, to visit
the Legislature of Virginia, and to confer with it, in
relation to proper legislation for the Potomac River
and Pocomok River and Sound, and concur therein.

We have named on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Waters, Wilkinson and Hayes.

Mr. Getty, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Austin, from the Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 21, of
