The Senate adjourned.

NIGHT SESSION.

SATURDAY, April 2d, 1892.

Senate met at 8 P. M.

Present at roll call the following Senators:
Messrs. President, Austin, Bennett, Brown, Coffin,
Dawson, Evans, Getty, Gorter, Hayes, Hepbron,
Hubner, Moss, Pearre, Posey, Robinson, Rogers,
Seibert, Smith, Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinson, Wirt,
Wootton—24.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 2d, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
the amendments proposed by the Senate to House Bills
Nos. 241 and 242, printed, being the general appro-
priation bills for 1893 and 1894, we respectfully re-
quest your Honorable Body to recede from said amend-
ments and herewith return said bill.
