NEGATIVE.—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Also, returned,

House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of
of fermented or spirituous liquors or lager beer within
a radius of one mile and a-half from the point of cross-
ing of the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike, in Bal-
timore county.

In response to a message from the Senate.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 1st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
return to this House Senate printed bill No. 172,
which was reported unfavorably by the Judiciary
Committee of this House and is now in the possession
of your Honorable Body.
