Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

Getty. Waters,
Gorter, Wilkinson,
Hubner, Wirt—14.

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Serinte bill entitled an Act to amend an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1890, chapter 505, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Baltimore, South Baltimore and Curtis Bay
Railroad Company, to repeal" section 6 of said Act,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
an additional section to said Act to be designated as
"Section 15."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Hubner,
Austin, Moss,
Coffin, Seibert,
Dawson, Smith,
Getty, Waters,
Gorter, Wilkinson,
Hayes, Wirt—14.

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Seriate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for
Princess Anne District, Somerset county.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
