the Turnpike Plank Road and Railway and Bridge
Company of Anne Arundel county to erect, bridges
over Curtis Creek.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of chapter 597, passed at
January Session, 1890, entitled an Act to confer ad-
ditional jurisdiction upon Justices of the Peace of
Baltimore county.
Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hubner, Brown and Robinson.
House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of
fermented or spirituous liquors or lager bear at Park-
ton, in Baltimore county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit any corpora-
tion which under the laws of this State, shall act as
trustees, executors, administrators, &c., as fully as a
natural person, without bond or security other than
its own obligation from incurring the liability of a
security upon any bond.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 94, 95,
96, 97 and 98, of Article 14, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Howard County," 'sub-title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks."
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the re-payment to James E. Dashiell, a citizen of
Somerset county, of a certain fine illegally imposed
upon him by Wm. H. Groscup, a Justice of the Peace
of the State of Maryland of said county.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 412. of
Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Cecil County," sub-title "Sales of Spirituous or
Fermented Liquors."
Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing and requir-
ing the County Commissioners of Allegany county to
levy a certain sum of money to J. N. Willison, for
services as attorney to the Board of Supervisors of
Elections of Allegany county.
