delivered the following message :

Gentlemen of the Senate :

The House of Delegates having refused to concut in
the amendment exempting Kent county from the pro-
visions of House bill for the destruction of fruit trees
infected with the Yellows.

We respectfully request your Honorable Body tore-
cede from said amendment, and herewith return said
bill.

BY THE SENATE,

March 30th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message notifying us that
your Honorable Body has refused to concur in the
Senate amendment to House printed bill No. 8, pro-
viding for the destruction of fruit trees infected with
the Yellows, and asking the Senate to recede from its
amendment, the Senate adheres to its amendment and
respectfully propose a Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses on said bill.
