"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court,"
and to re-enact the same wi!h amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to establish a free bridge
over the Patapsco River, between Baltimore and
Howard counties, at a point near Orange Grove, and
to authorize the County Commissioners of Howard
county to levy a tax of $15,000, and the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore county to issue bonds to the
amount of $15,000, to be expended in the construction
of said bridge and the acquisition of the land adjoin-
ing it, and to authorize the condemnation of such
lands and to authorize the levying of taxes by said
counties to provide for the payment of said bonds with
interest and for keeping said bridge in repair and to
provide for opening roads to afford access to said
bridge.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Wicomico county to have made
suitable cases for the books and papers in his office
and empowering the County Commissioners of
Wicomico county to pay for the same.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of Article 30, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Deaf, Dumb and
Blind, Education of."

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay E. P. Duvall, State Librarian, moneys
spent for boxes, expressage, storage and shipping
Poe's Code.

Severally endorsed : "Passed by yeas and nays."

A messenger appeared and delivered a communi-
cation from the Executive.

At 11 P. M.,

The Senate went into Executive Session.

At 11.20 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legisla-
tive business, and

On motion by Mr. Waters,

The Senate adjourned.
