Senate bill enti tled an Act to add three new sections-
to Article 24, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Worcester, County," sub-title ""County Commis-
sioners," to follow section 84, and the sub-title County
Commissioners, and to be known as "Sections 84 A,
84 B and 84 C."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
