Senate bill entitled an Act to transfer to the Easton
and Northern Railroad Company, a body corporate,
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, the
sum of money appropriated by chapter 303 of the
Acts of 1860, to the Elkton and Sassafras Railroad
Company, by chapter 383 of the Acts of 1870, trans-
ferred to the Elkton and Massey's Railroad Company
