	CHAPTER 66.
	AN ACT giving the sanction of the General Assem-
	sembly of Maryland to a gift by Charles S. Parran,
	of Calvert county, of seventy-five shares of the
	stock of the National Mechanics Bank of Balti-
	more to the vestry of Saint Paul's Parish, in Cal-
	vert county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
	Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
	given to a gift of seventy-five shares of the stock of	Sanctioning
	the National Mechanics Bank of Baltimore, hereto-	gift.
	fore made to the vestry of Saint Paul's Parish, in
	Calvert county, by Charles S. Parran, of said county.

	CHAPTER 67.
	AN ACT to provide for the copying or transcribing
	Liber B of the records in the office of the Register
	of Wills for Montgomery county.
	SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
	Maryland, That the Register of Wills for Mont-
	gomery county be and he is hereby authorized and empowered, if in the opinion of the Orphans' Court	Register of Wills author- ized to pro-
	of said county it is necessary for the preservation of	cure record
	the records of said court and the requirements of	book.
	the public interest, to obtain a suitable record book
	and to copy and transcribe therein the contents of
	Liber B, one of the records in the office of said
	Register of Wills, and index the same in the usual
	manner of arranging records in said office.
	SEC. 2. And le it enacted, That upon the com-
	pletion of the record book as hereinbefore provided,
	and the approval and acceptance of the same by the
	Orphans' Court of Montgomery county, the County
	Commissioners of said county may, on the presenta-
	tion to them of such evidence as they may deem suffi-
