effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 494.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections three, four, five, ten,

 

eleven, twelve, thirteen, and fourteen of an act

 

passed at January session of the Legislature,

 

eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter one

 

hundred and seventy-nine, entitled "An act to

 

repeal section fifty-five to sixty-four, inclusive,

 

of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,

 

entitled ' Collector,' and section seventy-eight to

 

ninety, inclusive, entitled ' Treasurer,' and enact

 

the following, entitled ' Treasurer and Collector,'

 

in lieu thereof," and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That sections three, four, five, ten,

 

eleven, twelve and fourteen of chapter one hun-

 

dred and seventy-nine, laws of eighteen hundred

 

and seventy-six, entitled "An act to repeal section
