" An act to repeal section forty-eight of an Act of

 

the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled 'An

 

act to amend the charter of the city of Cumberland

 

by repealing sections twenty-two, &c., passed at the
January session of the General Assembly of Mary-

CHAPTER 485.

 

AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fer-

 

mented liquors or lager beer in the town of

 

Laurel, Prince George's county, Maryland, and

 

at any place in Prince George's county, Mary-

 

land, within one mile of the present site of the

 

office of the Commissioners of Laurel.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That hereafter it shall not be lawful

 

for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince

 

George's county, Maryland, to issue a license to
any person or persons whatsoever to sell spirituous
or fermented liquors of any kind or lager beer
