be and is hereby repealed, and all other acts or parts

of acts inconsistent with this act are also hereby re-

pealed.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, but shall not

AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fer-

|
mented liquors or lager beer in the town of
|
 
|
Laurel, Prince George's county, Maryland, and
|
 
|
at any place in Prince George's county, Mary-
|
 
|
land, within one mile of the present site of the
|
 
|
office of the Commissioners of Laurel.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That hereafter it shall not be lawful
|
 
|
for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince
|
 
|
George's county, Maryland, to issue a license to
any person or persons whatsoever to sell spirituous
or fermented liquors of any kind or lager beer
|
