LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

Council with his approval or disapproval within six

 

days after the passage thereof by said Council, then

 

such ordinance, resolution or order shall be taken

 

and considered as approved by him, and shall be as

 

valid and binding as if actually so approved ; and

 

the passage of all ordinances and of all resolutions

 

or orders for the appropriation of money shall be

person before any street shall be opened or extended,

 

and to enact all ordinances from time to time neces-

 

sary or proper to the exercise of the powers granted

 

in this section ; provided that before they shall pro-

 

ceed to execute any of the powers vested in them
