SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Register of the

city of Baltimore shall pay to the said watchman

AN ACT to organize the Maryland and Delaware

Railroad, after sales under decrees for foreclosure,

|
by that or some other name that may hereafter
|
 
|
be adopted, and to incorporate the same into a
|
 
|
body politic.

Whereas that part of the Maryland and Delaware
|
 
|
Railroad in Maryland has been sold under a decree
|
 
|
for foreclosure and sale, passed by the Circuit Court
|
 
|
for Talbot county, Maryland, in equity, and that
|
 
|
part of said railroad in Delaware has been sold un-

United States for the district of Delaware, and the
|
 
|
same persons have become purchasers of both parts

|
of the said railroad, and the said sales have not yet

been ratified and confirmed by the said courts, under

whose authority they were respectively made ;
