AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
|
 
|
Commissioners of Howard county to issue bonds
|
 
|
to raise money to build a new jail in Howard
|
 
|
county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
Howard county be and they are hereby authorized
|
 
|
and empowered, for the purpose of building a new
jail in the said county, to issue bonds to an amount
|
