guardianship, or visible means of subsistence ;

 

that is found destitute, either being an orphan or

 

having a vicious parent who is undergoing penal

 

servitude or imprisonment; that frequents the

 

company of reputed thieves or prostitutes, or

 

houses of assignation or prostitution, or dance-
