for the violation of any rules, ordinances, regulations
and by-laws be made in the name of the Commis-

sioners of Laurel against offending parties, and all
|
 
|
fines recovered in such suits at law for the breach
|
 
|
of any rule, ordinance, regulation or by-law of the
corporation, before any justice of the peace for Prince
George's county, shall be collected by said justice of
|
 
|
the peace and paid over to the treasurer of said cor-
|
 
|
poration within three months after the collection of
|
 
|
the same, and the said justice of the peace shall
|
 
|
render an account to the commissioners every three
|
 
|
months, or oftener if required, the amount so re-
|
 
|
ceived by him.
|
 
|
SEC. 53. And be it enacted, That the said commis-
|
 
|
sioners shall have power to appoint annually a super-

visor, and may or may not appoint one of their
