SEC. 3. And le it further enacted, That one-half

informer, and the other half to the County Commis-

sioners for the use of the public roads.

CHAPTER 454.

AN ACT to authorize the Comptroller to issue his
|
 
|
warrant upon the Treasurer to pay James M.
|
 
|
Anderson, late Collector of State Taxes for the
|
 
|
city of Baltimore, a sum of money for commis-
|
 
|
sions on taxes paid directly into th'e treasury.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. And be it enacted ly the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant
|

Collector of State Taxes for the city of Baltimore,

|
the sum of four hundred dollars, for commissions on
|
 
|
taxes paid directly into the treasury.
