" County Commissioners," to be known as sections


eighty-seven A, eighty-seven B, eighty-seven C,


eighty-seven D, eighty-seven E, eighty-seven F,


eighty-seven G, eighty-seven H, eighty-seven I,


eighty-seven J, eighty-seven K, eighty-seven L,


eighty-seven M, eighty-seven N, eighty-seven O,


eighty-seven P, eighty-seven Q, eighty-seven R,


eighty-seven S, eighty-seven T," and re-enact the


same so as to read as follows:


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That chapter two hundred and


seventy-four of the Acts of Assembly, passed at
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-six,

Commissioners shall, when they make their levy,
