CHAPTER 443.

 

AN ACT to amend the charter of Snow Hill in

 

Worcester county.

 

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the act, entitled "An act to re-

 

peal the charter incorporating the town of Snow

 

Hill in Worcester county," and enact the follow-

 

ing in lieu thereof, passed at the January session,

 

eighteen hundred sixty-eight, chapter two hundred

 

and thirty-six, and that sections one hundred and

 

twenty-eight to one hundred and forty-seven, in-

 

clusive, of the twenty-second article of the Code

Repealed

of Public Local Laws, entitled " Worcester county,"

and addition-

sub-title "Snow Hill," and that the act, entitled

al sections
added.

"An act to amend the charter of Snow Hill in

 

Worcester county," passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter three hun-

 

dred and fifty-seven, be and the same are hereby

 

repealed, and that the following sections and sub-

 

sections be and are hereby enacted in their stead.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants

 

of the town of Snow Hill in Worcester county, be

and they are hereby constituted a body corporate,
by the name of the Commissioners of Snow Hill,

 

and by that name may sue and be sued, have and

 

use a common seal, and have perpetual succession.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the bounds and

 

limits of the said town are as follows, to wit : Be-
