LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

General Laws, entitled " Apprentices," and all the

 

provisions of the said article in relation to white

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the Directors of

of any Circuit Court for any county or the city of

 

Baltimore, upon information that any female under

 

the age of eighteen years in their several counties,

 

or the city of Baltimore, as the case may be, leads

female, issue a warrant or order to be directed to

 

the sheriff, or to any constable or police officer in

 

such county or city, commanding him to bring the
