CHAPTER 412.

AN ACT granting the assent of the General

Assembly of Maryland, to a legacy bequeathed
|
 
|
by the last will and testament of Simon Wolf,
|
 
|
late of Baltimore county, deceased, to the Church
|
 
|
of the Sacred Heart of Jesus at Canton in Balti-
|
 
|
more county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the assent of the General Assem-
|

bly of Maryland be and is hereby given to the
bequest in the last will and testament of Simon
|
 
|
Wolf, late of Baltimore county, deceased, to the
|
 
|
Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, at Canton,
|
 
|
in Baltimore county, and Reverend John Hispe-
|
 
|
line, the pastor of said church, is hereby authorized
|
 
|
and empowered to receive said bequest and give
|
 
|
due acquittances therefor.
