of said company at any public meeting thereof, duly
called after thirty days' public notice, said meeting

to be held at the principal office of said company,

and shall receive such compensation for their ser-

vices as the stockholders may from time to time de-

termine.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to amend section twenty-two of article

forty-one of the Code of Public General Laws,

entitled " Fish and Fisheries," sub-title " Patux-

ent," regulating the right of fishing in the Patux-

ent river and its tributaries, as amended by the

act of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter

two hundred and nineteen, and re-enact the same,

adding thereto the following sub sections :
