C. Godwin, S. P. Jump, T. L. Hopkins, Dennis

 

L. Council, William B. Ewing, C. M. Lloyd, Dan-

county, erroneously paid to the State.

 

Whereas by an act of January session, eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-six, chapter one hundred and
