SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That all persons hold-

AN ACT to pay to Margaret S. Mitchell, a widow,

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is

 

hereby authorized and directed to issue his war-

 

rant upon the Treasurer to pay Margaret S. Mitch-
ell, a widow, and William B. Wirt, John S. Wirt
