SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That all persons hold-

ing a license under this act are hereby vested with

power and authority to arrest without warrant all

relation to the shooting of wild fowl.

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts

AN ACT to pay to Margaret S. Mitchell, a widow,

and to William B. Wirt, John S. Wirt and

Henry B. Wirt, a sum of money erroneously

paid by them into the treasury.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
|
 
|
hereby authorized and directed to issue his war-
|
 
|
rant upon the Treasurer to pay Margaret S. Mitch-
ell, a widow, and William B. Wirt, John S. Wirt
|

neously paid.

and Henry B. Wirt, the heirs at law of John W.
|
 
|
Wirt, deceased, the aggregate sum of thirty dollars
|
 
|
and forty-seven cents, the same having been erro-

neously paid by them into the Treasury.
