same, accompanied by the vouchers for the said

duties under this act the said superintendents shall

severally be allowed, as an item of said expendi-
|
 
|
tures, the sum of two dollars per day for each and
|
 
|
every day which they may be actually engaged in
|
 
|
making said repairs, improvements and expen-
|
 
|
ditures.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 292.
|
 
|
AN ACT to permit the shooting of wild fowl from
|
 
|
sink boxes in the waters of the Elk and Bohe-
|
 
|
mia Rivers and their tributaries in Cecil county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That on and after the passage of this
act, it shall be lawful for the bona fide citizens of
|
 
|
Cecil county to shoot wild fowl from sink boxes
|

two of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of the

Circuit Court for Cecil county shall, upon the ap-
|
 
|
plication of any bona fide resident of Cecil county,
|
 
|
being the owner of any sink box, and desiring to
|
 
|
