CHAPTER 286.

AN ACT to repeal section twenty, article twenty-
|
 
|
eight, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
 
|
"County Commissioners," sub-title "Roads," as
|
 
|
re-enacted with amendments by chapter four hun-
|
 
|
dred and twenty-three, laws of eighteen hundred
|
 
|
dred and seventy-four, so far as the same relates
|
 
|
to Baltimore county, and to prevent public roads
|
 
|
from passing through burial grounds.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section twenty, of article twenty-
|
 
|
eight, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
 
|
" County Commissioners," sub-title " Roads," as re-
|
 
|
enacted with amendments by the Legislature of Ma-
|

ryland at its January session, eighteen hundred and
