curred by said company, as soon as the loss shall be
ascertained in the manner hereinafter provided, and
the proportion of loss to be paid by each member
ascertained, in case such member or members shall
fail, refuse or neglect to pay his, her or their propor-
tion of loss within sixty days from the notification
thereof, it shall be lawful for said company to issue an execution against the real estate bound by such	Company to issue execu- tion.
judgment for the amount of the assessment, which
amount shall be endorsed on the back of said execu-
tion by the clerk under the order of president or sec-
retary of said company ; and the party insured shall,
until such assessment be paid, forfeit all benefit un-
der his, her or their policy, and such judgment shall
not be barred by the statute of limitations in twelve
years, as other judgments are, but shall continue in
lull effect and virtue at law, and the said company
may have execution thereon at any time, without a
renewal by scire facias and fiat so long as the policy
which the same was given to secure shall be kept in
force.

CHAPTER 284.
AN ACT to repeal sections two, three and six of an
act passed eighteen hundred and seventy-six, en-
titled "An act for the protection of birds in Prince
George's and Anne Arundel counties," and to re-
enact sections two and three with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections two, three and six of
the act passed eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
chapter three hundred and nine, entitled "An act	Repealed and
for the protection of birds in Prince George's and	re-enacted.
Anne Arundel counties," be and the same are here-
by repealed, and sections two and three re-enacted
so as to read as follows :
