CHAPTER 41.


AN ACT to prevent horses, mules, horned cattle,


swine and geese from running at large in Tow-


sontown, Baltimore county, or within the neigh-


borhood thereof.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any

limits prescribed in the first section of this act, may


impound the same, or report the fact to some constable

and one dollar per head for each day or part of day
