SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact sections one, two

and nine of chapter one hundred and fifty-one of

the acts of the General Assembly, passed at the

January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five,

entitled "An act to incorporate the town of New-

town, in Worcester county."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
