CHAPTER 225.
AN ACT to refund to Alexander Kitzmeller, of
Garrett county, the sum of fifty dollars and fifteen
cents, State taxes erroneously paid into the
treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and is hereby requested and directed to draw his warrant upon the	Comptroller directed to
Treasurer in favor of Alexander Kitzineller for the	issue warrant
sum of fifty dollars and fifteen cents, State taxes
paid in error.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this act shall take	In force.
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 226.
AN ACT to pay to James M. Leiter, of Washington
county the sum of twenty-five dollars, overpaid
by him into the treasury.
SECTION 3. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be and he is	Treasurer di-
hereby directed to pay, upon the warrant of the	rected to pay
Comptroller, to James M. Leiter, of Washington
county, the sum of twenty-five dollars out of any
monies in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
being amount of tax on commission as assistant
grain inspector, paid by the said James M. Leiter
for a year, during which he did not remain in office.	Not in office.
