SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said treas-

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That every collector of

this act, before he acts as such, shall give bond to

proved by the County Commissioners, with condition
annexed that if the above bou'nden shall well and

pay over to the Treasurer of Dorchester county, or

his order, the several sums of money which he shall

receive for State or county taxes, or be answer-

able for by law, at such time as the law shall direct,

then the said obligation to be void ; otherwise to be
