LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Apply only.

59. The provisions of the aforegoing section shall
apply only to such person as shall bring goods, wares
and merchandise into said county to sell at auction


within the limits aforesaid, and to such persons as


shall sell at auction goods, wares or merchandise sent


into the county for the express purpose of being sold


as aforesaid by auction.


60. Any person who shall sell as aforesaid within

for laying attachments in hands of garnishee, each


person garnished sixty cents ; for serving an execu-
