CHAPTER 12.

AN ACT to regulate the compensation of the Sheriff

of Prince George's county for keeping and board-

ing prisoners in jail.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
Allowance to

of Maryland, That the allowance to the sheriff of

prisoners in jail shall be thirty cents each per day.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts

of acts inconsistent with this act be and the same

|
|

are hereby repealed ; and that this act shall take

effect from the day of its passage.

missioners of Talbot county to appoint an addi-

tional Constable for the First Election District of

said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
|
|
|
|

Talbot county be and they are hereby authorized
|
|
|
|
constable
|
and directed to appoint an additional constable for
|
|
|
|
|
the First Election District of said county.

|
|
|
