House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town
of Walkersville, in Frederick county, Maryland.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

House bill entitled an Act to provide employment at
hard labor for certain classes of prisoners in the jail
of Carroll county, and to repeal all Acts inconsistent
therewith, so far as they relate to Carroll county.

fermented or spirituous liquors or lager beer within
a radius of one mile and a half from the point of
crossing of the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike and
the Northern Central Railway at Parkton, in Balti-
